• Quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to monitor the campaign and merchandising performance, diagnosing issues and identifying opportunities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel with the ability to create complex spreadsheets using formulas, including v-lookup, and pivot tables.
• Extensive hands-on use of web analytics tools such as Acoustic/IBM and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of online purchasing behavior, trends, and market analysis with the ability to develop a merchandising strategy.
• Experience with CMS and ERP platforms (i.e., Sitecore, Endeca, JDE, Riversand) and market research tools (i.e., NPD).
• Hands-on experience promoting products via transactional digital marketing channels (i.e., Google Shopping, Paid Search).
• Collaboration skills with the ability to work with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IT vendor marketing fund consideration uses and their effect on marketing/promotion.
• Organizational and project management skills with the ability to plan and implement website changes.
• Good understanding of website architecture and web development skills, including HTML/CSS and CMS systems, with the ability to engage with the development team.
