Connection is Hiring an IT Administrator (FT) Near Fort Lawn, SC

One of our top-notch clients in the Retail and specialty fabrics division has an immediate need for an IT Administrator role in the Fort Lawn, SC area. This is a direct hire opportunity and will be M-F, 8AM-5PM working onsite.

The IT Administrator will be handling tier 2 and tier 3 responsibilities supporting 80 end users, 25 users are onsite in Fort Lawn and the remainder are in the Rock Hill, SC location. This individual will be providing user and PC support (password re-sets, Office 365 administration, and software and hardware support.) Additionally, the IT Administrator will also be performing new user setup in Active Directory, station setup and moving (onsite), server reboots, Office 365 support (creating users and groups), and Network support (WiFi, Patching, and testing).
Requirements:
  • Previous help desk/desktop experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, VMware, Networking, and Windows Servers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate on a team.
  • Strong, positive, can-do attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to do some local travel to the Rock Hill, SC location.
