We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the hotel's housekeeping program, ensuring the property maintains a clean, organized, and appealing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and implementing standards and protocols for the housekeeping and laundry staff, covering safety, chemical usage, cleaning techniques, and storage procedures.
• Developing work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery while adhering to budgeted labor requirements.
• Monitoring the usage of chemicals in laundry and cleaning operations to optimize cost control.
• Managing MSDS sheets and providing safety training to staff members. Conducting daily inspections of guestrooms and occasionally assisting with cleaning or laundry tasks.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of 10-30 employees within the Housekeeping Department, including carrying out supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• An Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one to two years of relevant experience/training, or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and address concerns from various stakeholders, including managers, customers, employees, and the general public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
