**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or other medical staff. **Responsibilities:** - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature - Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff - Help patients with mobility and transfers - Assist in medical procedures as needed - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients **Experience:** - Prior experience in patient care or healthcare setting preferred - Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is a plus - Experience with catheter care, dementia care, memory care, and home care - Ability to handle durable medical equipment (DME) - Strong understanding of patient care techniques and protocols Joining our team as a Nursing Assistant offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
