PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide administrative and operational support to key functions of marketing campaign creation and execution, including development of traditional (brochures, flyers) and digital (video, photographs) marketing content.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support in coordination of marketing and community outreach calendar, including pre-event preparation, day-of logistics, and post-event follow-up.

Assist with developing and managing content for website and social media channels. As required, collaborate with research and data team to evaluate efficacy of marketing campaigns and outreach events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding copywriting and proofreading. Working knowledge of social, digital, and email marketing tools and platforms. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Must have a high level of creativity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) a plus but not required.

**Position is located on-site in Rocky Hill, CT**

***Salary: $17.00 per hour up to 37.5 hours per week for 12 weeks from May through September only***
