ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for on-site collaboration for less experienced advanced practice providers and pediatric residents.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE OF:
Knowledge and competence in use of EHR , currently Epic is preferred, but will train.
SKILLS
Excellent communication skills
Customer service skills
Commitment to providing pediatric healthcare in an urban community-based setting.
ABILITY TO
1. Work in a fast paced environment involving multi-tasking skillins
2. manage complex family issues and provide patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
3. Work days/nights/weekends/holidays to meet the needs of our programs and services.
4. Maintain confidentiality
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Clinical environment with normal noise level.
