Connecticut Center for Recovery is seeking experienced group facilitators to join our team on a contracted/hourly basis between 10:30am-3:00pm Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities include providing 2-8 groups weekly (process groups, psychoeducational groups, chemical dependency groups, experiential groups, as assigned)

Group facilitators must document thoroughly and timely in the electronic medical record charts. Group facilitators are expected to maintain professionalism and uphold high ethical standards while working with clients and collaborating with multi-disciplinary team to ensure all aspects of client care and ensure clinicians are informed of any client issues that may arise.

Qualifications include:

• Being a Qualified Professional in the Mental Health Field in the state of CT is preferred.
• Have experience with substance abuse/dual diagnoses treatment.
• Possess passion and compassion for client care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably KIPU.
• Exemplary documentation skills.
• Familiarity with DPH and The Joint Commission requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
