About the Job

The Connected Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at retail, at events and within the cannabis industry. This position supports both the Marketing and Sales team to increase brand visibility, activation and trade engagement, strengthening our relationships with our dispensaries and our customers through relationship building. The Brand Ambassador will be experienced in gathering and distilling marketplace and consumer insights to inform future products and decision making. 

What You Will Do

  • Acts as the “face of the brand” within a set territory, representing the brand and company in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the cannabis industry. 
  • Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to consumers. 
  • Educate customers and patient consultants (budtenders) on our product and the Connected brands.
  • Build sustainable relationships with our wholesales customers and their team. 
  • Execute promotions 
  • Generate new client leads
  • Relay inventory issues to our Sales and Wholesale team.
  • Ensure all customer feedback is relayed accurately to the Sales and Marketing team. 
  • Utilize creative thinking to set the Connected brand apart from the competitive set at retail, and win hearts and mind of trade. 
  • Transport all promotional material to and from pop-up events. 
  • Set up event stations and position our product to be displayed in an optimal position to heighten our brand presence.  
  • Facilitate relationships between the Brands and the Budtenders.

  • Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
  • Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • Requires normal hearing range
