Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and provide high-quality patient care.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining excellence in nursing services.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
