Job Description:
Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
Utilize critical thinking and clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Alabama.
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
