As a Respiratory Therapist you will:
Provide high-quality respiratory care, including patient assessments, treatments, and continuous monitoring.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Administer respiratory therapies, oxygen, and prescribed medications.
Maintain and oversee life support equipment, including ventilators.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
Qualifications:
Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Hold an active Respiratory Therapist License in Arizona.
Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Maintain current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
