Position Details:
- Position: Full-Time Physical Therapy Manager
- Location: Anthony, Kansas
- Oversee and manage the physical therapy department, including both inpatient and outpatient services.
- Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
- Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Valid Kansas Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Management and leadership experience required
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
