Job Description: As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your duties will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient progress and vital signs.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of LTC nursing experience preferred.
