Job Description :

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care delivery.
• Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs.
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Education and Certification Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership / supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
