Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business formations, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
  • Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.

Requirements:

  • Active Ohio bar license.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy.
  • Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
