Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a General Labor for a commercial wood flooring company located in the city of Orange, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00am-1:30pm with overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Requirements of a General Labor:
- Must have great attendance
- Must have attention to detail
- Must have loading and unloading experience of raw material.
- Ability to work fast pace and lift up to 50lbs.
- Prior experience in carpentry, construction, and or wood work a plus!

Responsibilities of a General Labor:
- Supporting the Bandsaw, Press, and Grading departments ensuring no lag time in production.
- Moving panels from pallet to infeed of machine
- Transfer material from machine to machine
- Off-loading and palletizing and packing of materials for shipping.
- Packing materials to best fit pallets
- Count units of materials and report to supervisor how many units packed
- Tally units completed
