Connect Staffing and Consulting is Hiring a Mobile Device Administrator Near Las Vegas, NV
The Mobile Device Administrator is the Super Point of Contact (SPOC) for all mobile devices. They will work in conjunction with the Branch POCs and the MSP to keep Carrier and MDM portals up to date. The MDA will implement and maintain mobile device management solutions, administer phone registrations/enrollments, and advise on enterprise policies. Tactical Work:
Responsible for accurate tracking of Mobile Devices for the Shared Services division
Collaborate with Branch POCs on mobile device counts and Spares inventory thresholds
Maintain and Update MDM, ABM and Carrier portals while reconciling lines
Match active lines to employee assignments, remove duplicates and suspend lines
Approve, Order Devices, Activate and De-Activate Lines
Maintain and Update Mobile Device Guides and Documentation
Responsible for training Branch POCs on device enrollment procedures and inventory tracking
Work with AP on Mobile Device billing, cost center allocation and disconnect 0% usage lines
Work with MSP on troubleshooting devices and global deployments

Position Specific:
Expert knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems
Ability to lead and build an enterprise mobile device management process
Hands-on knowledge in configuring and provisioning mobile devices
Experience in building device profiles and deploying apps to mobile devices
Experience in working with carriers and other vendors
Strong technical understanding of Apple Mobile devices
Experience in inventory tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Excel, and related business tools.
