Connect Search is Hiring a Remote Part Time Staff Accountant-Remote (No out of state applicants)
A local non profit is seeking a part time Treasury Analyst to join their team on a temp to hire basis. The Treasury Analyst will assist the Senior Treasury Analyst ensure smooth operatons and documentations. This person will need to have cash-based accounting and not just accrual-based.
This position requires onsite for training for the first few weeks at their office downtown Chicago. After training (approximately 2 weeks), this position will be remote. Only Chicagoland candidates will be considered
Title: Staff Accountant (Treasury) (Part Time)
Reports to: Sr. Treasury Analyst
Hours: M-F 20-25 hours per week. They are flexible as long as the hours are between 9am to 5pm M-F
Industry: Not for profit
Pay: $30
Treasury Analyst Duties:
Daily Bank and account reconciliations (400 accounts)
Assist with Month end
Creating spreadsheets in Excel
Investment tracking
Requirements:
3 years of accounting experience
Previous cash account reconciliation experience
Associates degree in Accounting; Bachelors preferred
Proficient in Excel
