Connect Realty, a renowned real estate company in Texas, is seeking individuals who are currently in real estate school and acquiring the Texas Real Estate License to join our team. Our mentorship program is designed to help those who are just getting their license, and our broker and designated realtors provide one-on-one support to enhance your success within our company and team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with buyers and sellers
• Engage in writing 1-4 family offers, exclusive right to sell contracts, land purchases, and sales
• Continue education classes or requirement of the Texas Real Estate Commission to ensure that you meet the required hours for renewing your license.

Requirements:

• Currently in real estate school and acquiring the Texas Real Estate License
• Ability to work with buyers and sellers
• Willingness to work as a part-time or full-time realtor
• Ability to assert oneself and take initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
