Pay Structure
- First 30 days: Enjoy a guaranteed hourly wage combined with commission earnings and personalized training for your success.

Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll excel at providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their buying journey. Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a retail store environment.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, packing, and lifting boxes for shipment, handling inventory, and utilizing tech equipment and computers.
- Efficiently and safely handle and move merchandise, including lifting or moving items weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
