We are looking for an organized and self-motivated individual capable of effective problem solving and independently completing tasks for a fast- paced downtown firm. The paralegal will assist in a broad range of land use, litigation and related matters.

JOB DUTIES

• Assist with pleadings in all aspects of discovery.
• Communicate through emails, phone calls, and in-person with clients, experts, court personnel and representatives of other law firms.
• File using the Rhode Island and Federal Court System’s e-filing system.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 2-3 years of comparable experience.
• E-filing experience required, land use application and filing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Google Docs

SALARY

Commensurate with experience.
