Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Correctly diagnose drive ability issues in a timely manner, the first time
• Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis
• Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Ability to multitask
• Work well with team members and advisers
• Proficient with automotive computer systems
• Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)
• Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided
• Keep a clean workspace
• Ability to travel to Orlando or Melbourne FL for overnight training as needed

The hours for this position are:

• M-F 7:15 AM-5:00 PM. Saturdays as needed.
• Saturdays are currently on a monthly Rotation for Main Line Technicians
• Sundays we are closed!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
