**Job Overview:**

Conjet is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual who can assist with warehouse operations and possess mechanical knowledge and skills for technical assistance and repairs.

**Duties:**

Operations Support:

• Communicate with customers to identify needs, resolve concerns, and fill orders.
• Warehouse Management: Ensure safe warehouse working conditions, receive freight from suppliers, manage inventory.
• Assist the operations manager with other assigned tasks.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to customers, demonstrating good communication and computer skills.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge in hydraulics, electrical systems, diesel engines, and high-pressure water pumps (15,000 – 40,000 psi).
• Travel as needed for onsite support, willing to work overtime and occasionally weekends.
• Assist the Customer Success Manager in other assigned tasks.

**Skills:**

• Startup mentality: hardworking, innovative, and collaborative.
• 1 years of experience in customer facing role.
• 2 Experience/education in hydraulics, electrical and mechanical work, or diesel engines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge in relevant technical areas.
• Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs and possesses a valid U.S. driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high pressure water applications (15,000 – 40,000 psi).
• Able to obtain a CDL driver’s license if necessary.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
