Responsibilities:
•Serve as the first point of contact for customers who submit an internet inquiry for a new vehicle.
•Guide the customer through the vehicle buying/leasing process
•Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the outset
•Provide information about our vehicle lineup, features, and available services in a knowledgeable and engaging manner
•Schedule test drives and appointments for customers, coordinating with sales team to ensure seamless experiences
•Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to uphold our high standards of satisfaction
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a luxury automotive brand is preferred
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for assisting and connecting with others
•Professional demeanor and appearance, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency in computer systems and office software, including CRM platforms, is an asset
