Job Summary:
Create and refine multi-media content in multiple disciplines for internal employee communications and external marketing projects. Be part of a dynamic and innovative team that leads company culture and brand strategy through marketing and communications functions.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Enhance and edit photo and video content for various communications channels (social media, website, internal and external marketing)
• Collaborate with the team to create graphics for various marketing materials, such as flyers and social media posts that meet brand requirements
• Assist in generating ideas and draft short form copy for social media content
• Support various marketing initiatives as needed (sales and recruiting enablement)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
General

• Creative, collaborative, and self-motivated
• Organized with ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Photographic and design eye with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Social media content creation and account management

Technical

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Photoshop & InDesign preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word & PPT required)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Social media management software (Sprout Social preferred)
• Photography and video production
• Copywriting or creative writing
