Congreso De Latinos Uni is Hiring a Program Manager, Next Step - EWS Near Philadelphia, PA

The Manager of Adult Education Initiatives is responsible for the direct oversight and implementation of the Next Step Program and New Vistas Program. The Next Step Program is a WIOA-Youth program serving individuals 16-24 years old with a high school diploma seeking post-secondary education or employment. The New Vistas Program is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program where individuals 18 and older can obtain their CMA certification. This position is responsible for all outcomes, data collection, audit compliance, and reporting for the program. This position is also responsible for directly supervising the Next Step Coordinator, New Vistas Coordinator, Next Step Post-Secondary and Recruitment Specialist, and the Job Coach. Furthermore, this position is responsible for the budgeting and distribution of the operation budget of both programs, specifically the credentialing training costs for participants, and works with the Next Step Coordinator and New Vistas Coordinator to track all expenses.

This position reports to the Director of Adult Education. This is an In-person position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position supervises the Next Step Coordinator, New Vistas Coordinator, Next Step Post-Secondary and Recruitment Specialist, and the Next Step Job Coach.

Minimum Experience, Education, and Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Associate’s degree in a human services-related field required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Minimum Experience:

In lieu of an Associate degree, 5 years of experience in social services will be considered.

1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role required.

2-3 years’ experience working in a nonprofit or other human services-related organization preferred.

3-4 years’ experience working in WIOA-funded programs required.
