• Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Completing work orders
• Refurbishing turnovers
• Assist with cleaning common spaces 
• Grounds maintenance
• 24/7 Emergency On-Call required
• Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
• Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle

$18-$20/hour depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k Matching and AFLAC
