We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager specialized in managing projects through the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method to join our team!

The successful candidate will lead the pre-construction phase, ensuring projects are meticulously prepared to meet our stringent quality standards, financial constraints, and timeline requirements, all while maximizing value for our clients.

The Qualifications for the Pre-Construction Manager are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with extensive experience managing pre-construction phases for CMAR projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the CMAR delivery method, including its financial, legal, and operational implications.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex budgets and develop cost-effective project plans.

The Key Responsibilities for the Pre-Construction Manager are:
