: Director, Enterprise Applications

A quick snapshot

As a Workday Business Analyst on our IT team, you will act as a liaison between IT, internal teams (HR and Finance), and vendors to support developments and improvements in Workday. You will help to define roadmap planning and execute those plans with implementations and configurations of various modules in Workday. You will be Conga’s techno-functional subject matter expert in Workday for a variety of teams while helping to support other enterprise applications (ADP, Percipio, e-sign products, NetSuite, ATS, etc.).

As Conga continues to grow rapidly, our IT team plays a pivotal role in driving transformational changes as we scale for growth and improvements. You’ll provide key insights in many high-visibility projects, bringing efficiencies, ease, and improvements to our internal systems and processes.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Related experience. You’ve done it before and you can do it again. You’ve developed your technical skills in Workday Core HCM over the last seven (or more) years, including a variety of modules (Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, Security, etc.). You’re able to use EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations for complex needs and able to implement BIRT statements for various use cases. You’ve led in functional and technical areas to execute projects while meeting deadlines, milestones, and KPIs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connections with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Resourceful and organized. In a dynamic environment, you can manage multiple priorities and responsibilities. You’ve developed a system that allows you to stay organized and manage the ever-changing tasks that come your way in a professional and friendly manner.

Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You’re able to quickly absorb new technologies and features and see issues in a holistic view – a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is your ability to identify creative solutions to meet unique requirements. This is critical for ensuring issues are resolved in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations to support the business.

Compensation

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $113,077 to $180,923. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
