Conformance Coatings & Prototype, Inc. is a small "job shop" style paint shop. We paint a variety of items for the Department of Defense and Medical industries.

We are in search of two full-time General Laborers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in working in an industrial/manufacturing enviroment of at least one year. We can train the right candidate to perform the duties we are in need of. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. at a time.

Some duties will include, but are not limited to: Handling day to day general labor and cleaning where ever needed, minimal Hi-lo operation, learning what we do here and how to help each of our painters to get their projects done, packed and shipped, keeping the manufacturing floor/warehouse tidy and following quality standards ISO 9001, helping to create and maintain a safe and functional manufacturing floor/warehouse enviroment, and be ready to help in quality control and inspection duties when needed. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. safely. A minimum of two years experience is required.

The pay rate is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour to start. That rate will be determined by the experience the candidate has. Performance reviews can/will produce increases.

Our average work week is Monday through Friday from 6:30am till 3pm which includes a half-hour, unpaid lunch and two, fifteen-minute, paid breaks. Over-time will be offered when production increases. We offer benefits and paid holidays after 90 days and a paid vacation and after the first year.
