*Duration – 6 months*
Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities may include the repair, maintenance, installation and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC.
* Facility inspections and/or equipment condition assessments, repair work and replacements/capital improvements.
* Serve as a lead in supervising activities of a small staff
* Moving Furniture, Physical demands: able to move 25 lbs and heavier.
*The essential requirements of the job include:*
* 3 years experience with general maintenance responsibilities
* Experience with electrical or mechanical repairs
* It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Facilities Maintenance
- Manufacturing environment
- Vocational, associate, or related educational studies
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
