Job Location : 2150 Stanley Rd Plainfield, IN 46168
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Job Description:
Provide daily onsite IT support at the Plainfield, IN - ADC Warehouse site.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for daily (8am-5pm) IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific warehouse IT device support such as servers, phones, printers, and handheld scanners, etc.
Candidate will need to be physically able to walkaround the large warehouse on a daily basis for spot checks/rounds and device troubleshooting. Ambient temperature and refrigerated environments are part of the support landscape.
Candidate will need superior customer service skills and able to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
We are looking for an entry level candidate with 0-5 years experience only.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
