Enjoy a rural lifestyle in our newest state of the art Family Medicine Clinic with the support of our nearby multi-specialty group. This practice consists of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers when fully staffed.

What We Are Seeking in a Candidate

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 4 years longitudinal experience
• Comfortable with full age-range of patients and higher acuity internal medicine patients
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Provider who wants to reside in Grant County, Washington
• Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement of working at Confluence Health. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
