We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead, run, optimize, improve, and grow our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has 4 years of warehouse management and leadership experience and is highly detail-oriented and reliable.

We need someone with a strong ability to think strategically, mine data, solve problems, and find efficiencies in the overall warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Manager will take total ownership and manage the support of day-to-day order management and work closely with the CEO and multiple departments to successfully ensure orders are completed and delivered.

The Warehouse Manager role is to plan, manage, direct and coordinate all orders & alterations for the CEO. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the team.

Exercises independent discretion and judgment in the execution of business strategies by providing leadership & direction to the team.

This position coordinates with operations, order processing, quality control, David’s assistant, and logistics department and reports directly to the This position is crucial to the company’s success ensuring all orders stay on track while delivering up-to-date information to the team to collaboratively deliver the ultimate client experience.

Managing alterations : scheduling, grading and prioritization, reporting, processing, preparing invoices and pricing.

Accurate reporting for clothiers, client orders, alterations, and deliveries

Maintain detailed records all order deliveries, including out of state deliveries, date of delivery, method of delivery, and scheduling deliveries.

Manage and maintain business relationships with outside partners / vendors and offsite activities.

Manage tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure correct delivery time to destination.

Determine most cost effective means for outbound shipments.

Work with multiple carriers to ensure guaranteed delivery expectations and negotiating rates; ensure credits / refunds are received when expectations and guarantees are not met.

Work with sales force to coordinate complex deliveries to multiple locations for numerous appointments, including processing return shipments from clients.

Importing and exporting foreign goods and supplies, including ensuring proper licensing and documentation is filed.

Maintain warehouse and office supply inventory by marking and placing items in stock; establishing inventory reorder points;

reporting items to be reordered; work with our factories to maintain intercompany supplies.

Training new hires

Record all items that enter or leave the building; creating OFS with clothiers.

Work with help desk to enhance, improve, and develop business system.

Managing building maintenance items?.

Manage tailor shop OT hours.

Maintain / Update hours for hourly employees.

Qualifications :

• 4 years experience managing a warehouse / fulfillment center is preferred.
• 4 years experience managing a team.
• Experience running meetings and delegating tasks.
• Ability to motivate and maintain high team morale.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Deep knowledge of shipping zones and rates.
• Knowledge of forecasting.
• Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with vendors to build rapport and constantly negotiate better rates and costs.
