We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, ideally with a strong background in automotive design with experience in large format, trade show design, digital design, and packaging design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive design, a great work ethic, and a positive attitude. The candidate should be skilled in image manipulation, typography and have a strong understanding of design principles. Video and animation experience is a plus. This role reports to the Digital Graphic Design Manager.
Major Responsibilities
The Senior Graphic Designer role is essential in ensuring the brand's visual elements are coherent and aligned with its marketing strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Large Format Design: Creation of large-scale graphics for advertising and promotional events & Trade Shows.
• Trade Show Design: Designing materials for trade show exhibitions, including booth design, displays and promotional items.
• Packaging Design: Developing packaging designs that are both innovative and aligned with the brand identity.
• Social Media Design: Producing graphics for various social media platforms.
• Digital Ad & UI Design: Designing digital advertisements, E-Mails and user interfaces.
• Image Manipulation and Typography: Utilizing image manipulation skills and excellent typography.
• Video and Animation (Desirable): Creating basic video content and animations.
• Brand Development: Assisting in guiding overall brand development for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design strategies and implement templates for increased work flow.
• Create and maintain design guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with design trends and advancements in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5-7 years in the graphic design field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to maintain high-quality work.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Independent project management and timely delivery.
• The role demands creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to the brand strategy.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand needs.

Pay range = $70K-$85K/year
