About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Global People Business Partners and Employee Relations to join their HR organization. This role is pivotal in leading the PBP and People Consultant team, aligning the structure with company growth, and driving high-impact results across the business. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing a global, diverse, and remote workforce. Responsibilities include overseeing the ER function, redefining ER structures and processes, and providing guidance on legal and regulatory trends in EMEA and APAC. The role also involves being a trusted advisor to client groups, leading transformational HR, and developing a global workforce strategy that aligns with the company's long-range plans.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 15 years of HRBP experience, and a strong background in managing complex ER cases. Experience in M&A, supporting C-Suite leaders in a global, remote environment, and leading large-scale business function transformations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. A proactive, collaborative approach, coupled with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, is required.
