About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to lead and direct the strategic and tactical efforts of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of housing services contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies, and developing and maintaining community linkages to support the program's goals. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and at least five years of leadership experience in an organization that provides housing or homeless services. The VP will also be involved in strategic planning, national, regional, and local programs, and will be responsible for maximizing project funding streams.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and demonstrate strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work with remote teams. Key attributes include a commitment to service excellence, organizational skills, flexibility, critical thinking, and a strong work ethic. The VP will be expected to drive operational excellence, develop and supervise a team of directors, and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and funding sources.
