The role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale transformation projects, experience in the SaaS business model, and the ability to lead a global team.Applicants for the VP, GTM Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, including VP-level leadership at a global business with a revenue of over $100M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a history of successful orchestration of transformation projects. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and board members, are essential. Experience with Salesforce and a proven ability to scale SaaS companies are strongly preferred.
