About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the digital transformation of its internal technology and business systems. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring that the company and its employees are equipped with modern, innovative, and efficient networking, computing, and technologies. This role involves developing and executing a vision and strategy for the modernization of internal technology in line with the company's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration, and managing the implementation and administration of technology governance programs. The CIO will also be responsible for optimizing technology investments, ensuring security and compliance, and providing superior communication to all stakeholders.Candidates for the Vice President, CIO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10-15 years of experience in an IT or MIS senior leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in data strategy. A strong background in the SaaS and Tech industry is essential, as is in-depth knowledge of a wide range of technology areas including cybersecurity, risk management, and business operations platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, the ability to instill a vision and strategy, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in the real estate industry and with specific business systems is a plus. The role requires a leader who is innovative, influential, and dedicated to fostering a culture of impact and connectedness.
