About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a strategic and high-profile role. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and driving strategic decision-making by evaluating and communicating key insights about the business model, developing a solid understanding of market peers, and proactively driving analyses of business performance. This role requires a passion for delivering real commercial insights, driving change, and scaling the business. The SVP of FP&A will work closely with the entire senior leadership team and all departments, leading corporate planning and analysis, and ensuring that all financial reporting is completed in a timely manner.Applicants must have over 20 years of experience in both private and public company environments, including extensive software experience, with a preference for those with consulting experience. The role demands a strategic, well-rounded thinker with the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively, a strong command of GAAP accounting, and a proven track record of building and scaling a team. The ideal candidate will embody the company's core values, have a strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be a self-motivated, analytical leader. A proactive approach to stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels within an organization are essential.
