We are currently seeking a Vice President National Accounts for our Foodservice division, a strategic role that involves leading market expansion and customer management efforts across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets. This executive will also manage a team of sales professionals and account directors, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of the food service industry, its dynamics, trends, and competitors. Applicants for the Vice President National Accounts position should have a MA degree or equivalent experience, with 6-10 years' of extensive experience in managing customers within the foodservice industry or similar. The role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in food service or related industries, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives. Strong team management skills, exceptional customer relationship management abilities, and the capacity to drive value and satisfaction are essential. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and developing a customer account team, developing a marketing plan, and ensuring that all marketing communications support the plan and measure effectiveness. The role involves a significant amount of travel and the supervision of staff, and the individual must be reliable with a commitment to the role.
