About The RoleThe Company, a leading emergency communication provider offering two-way multichannel messaging and 24/7 safety solutions, is seeking a VP, Intelligence Operations to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's mission to save lives and minimize loss by identifying active threats globally and facilitating timely communications during emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field, over 10 years of experience leading global, 24/7 teams in a high-growth environment, and a depth of expertise in global security, business continuity, risk resiliency, crisis management, or a similar area of focus. Responsibilities for this position include partnering with executive and Global Intelligence Team leadership to evolve and execute short and long-term strategies, identifying strategic external trends, coaching and overseeing a team of leaders, and cultivating cross-functional relationships. The VP will also be responsible for creating and implementing KPIs, engaging with customers through webinars and presentations, and leading the development and execution of large-scale programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders. They must be adept at developing and executing revenue growth strategies, have strong business acumen, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
