About The RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Procurement to lead and oversee all corporate-level sourcing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving connectivity, business alignment, and category expertise to support the business goals and objectives across various corporate departments. This includes legal, marketing, human resources, finance, office services, and IT, as well as efforts to optimize SG&A and direct spending for managed services businesses. The role involves identifying sources of service/supply, putting together complex contracts, and ensuring the highest standards of supplier relationships and performance. Applicants must have at least 10 years of continuous procurement leadership experience in corporate categories within large, matrixed organizations. A strong corporate procurement mindset, experience in leading negotiations, and the development of best-practice procurement methodologies are essential. The role also requires the ability to mentor and manage a team, implement productivity initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of program and transformation management. The Vice President, Corporate Procurement will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being preferred, and demonstrate the ability to work closely with department and functional leaders, providing them with sourcing knowledge and expertise.
