About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution of new business development, with a focus on cold calling, converting calls to meetings, and ultimately securing new business. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in high-level sales production, particularly in commercial real estate brokerage. The Vice President will be responsible for growing client relationships, attending client meetings, and providing in-depth market and industry-specific information. A strong desire for success in sales, the ability to handle complex conversations with a diverse range of clients, and a proactive, adaptable approach to a fast-paced work environment are essential.Applicants for the Vice President, Business Development position at the company should have a State Real Estate License and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial real estate brokerage. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The role demands a candidate with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management abilities. Project management experience, the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, and a positive, professional attitude are also required.
