About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Services to play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of the organization into a "Services First" company. The SVP will have full P&L responsibility for the Services business, driving the strategic roadmap, including the overall strategy, Go To Market (GTM), project delivery, operations, people management, and client experience. This is a high-impact, transformational leadership position that requires a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in a related IT services environment, with a strong operational expertise and a proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the core service offerings, refining the Services GTM, and ensuring operational excellence to deliver services that provide differentiated value to clients and profitable outcomes for the company.Key responsibilities for the role include providing leadership and oversight for the Services organization, refining the core service offerings, leading the collaboration between the Office of the CTO, Regional Sales teams, and Services organization, and establishing a best-in-class forecast and pipeline management system. The SVP will also be accountable for revenue generation, with a focus on meeting and exceeding growth, profit, utilization, talent, and client success targets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, the ability to quickly establish trust and confidence across the organization, and a strategic mindset with a commercial orientation. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant professional services management experience is required, and a certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
