You Will:

• Be the key partner for all Forward teams, including the product, engineering, and medical teams, helping them throughout the product/service lifecycle.
• Own the breadth of legal issues surrounding Forward - providing regulatory advice on structuring products/services, advising on privacy matters, negotiating contracts, and handling anything else that requires legal guidance.
• Do a little of everything - We’re a small team, and because you’re great, we’ll ask for help in other areas too!
• Be a legal ambassador - Share the mission of legal, inspire people to work with legal, and field and clarify questions from people across Forward.

You Are:

• A generalist: You know a lot about a lot of things, and are comfortable diving into new challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active membership in a state bar, CA preferred
• 6 - 10 years of experience practicing as an attorney - role commensurate with experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BigLaw and startup experience
