About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President or Executive Vice President to join its Land Brokerage Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of land for commercial real estate transactions across various industry sectors. This role involves identifying land investment opportunities, representing a diverse range of land purchasers, and maintaining and growing client relationships. The candidate will also be involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and delivery of real estate services, and must have a deep understanding of the development and entitlement process.Applicants must have commercial real estate land brokerage experience with a proven track record in high-level sales production, as well as a Minnesota State Real Estate License. A strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills are essential. The role requires the ability to handle complex conversations with various stakeholders and a desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
