Four Hands is Hiring a Special Projects Associate Near Austin, TX
Job Description
- Perform order picking duties efficiently
- Load and unload containers and trucks
- Transfer finished materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse
- Accurately identify items on various paperwork, including but not limited to:
- Customer orders and labels
- Manifest documents
- Packing lists
- Stock receipts
- Bill of ladings as required
- Meet productivity targets as needed
- Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Forklift operator experience and certification is a plus
- Proficiency in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new knowledge, skills, and tasks
- Strong capacity to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Able to stand and lift for extended periods, up to 8 hours
