The Warehouse Special Projects Associate will perform a variety of duties to manage the flow of reverse logistics materials including, but not limited to, inbound processing, product inspection, and product disposition.
In This Role
  • Perform order picking duties efficiently
  • Load and unload containers and trucks
  • Transfer finished materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse
  • Accurately identify items on various paperwork, including but not limited to:
    • Customer orders and labels
    • Manifest documents
    • Packing lists
    • Stock receipts
    • Bill of ladings as required
  • Meet productivity targets as needed
  • Maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment
  • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
The Ideal Person
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
  • Forklift operator experience and certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in metric reporting using Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new knowledge, skills, and tasks
  • Strong capacity to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Able to stand and lift for extended periods, up to 8 hours
