Inter Miami CF is Hiring a Digital Marketing Intern, Ticketing (Summer) Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
As a Digital Marketing Intern (Ticketing), you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and creating revenue-generating campaigns for the club. This role would report to Sr. Manager, Sales & Service Operations and work closely with the Ticket Sales team to ensure customer-facing content on Web, Social, and all digital platforms is user-friendly, targeted to our key demographics, and updated in a timely manner. You would have a hand in implementing and reporting on revenue-generating content/ads across different channels.
Idea Generation for new ticketing digital content and campaigns.
Participate in Ticketing meetings to develop and execute key programs.
Partner with Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, and In-House content team, agencies, and partners to deliver fully integrated ticketing campaigns.
Assist Marketing Manager & Digital Manager in monitoring the venue's website and make basic edits and updates that relate to the Ticketing Department.
Assist Email Coordinator in e-mail campaigns and pulling statistics of each send.
Assist in matchday duties as assigned. Availability to work flexible schedule, with normal office hours and weekend days per game schedule.
Assist with reporting and work with marketing tools in TM1 Software including but not limited to adding pixels & came from codes.
Requirements
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media).
Candidate must be receiving college credit for the role.
Evidence of strong creativity, innovation, and idea generation.
Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) such as Forge or WordPress.
Familiarity with digital strategy surrounding revenue-generating content on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Familiarity with Out of Home, Programmatic, and SEO advertising preferred.
Organized and agile with the ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Great communicator who enjoys presenting to and interacting with key stakeholders.
Experience with presentation design and marketing briefs.
Strong writing, editing, design, and proofreading skills.
