I am working with a pioneering fast-growing EV charging company on a mission to accelerate the global transition to electric transportation through cutting-edge infrastructure. They are looking to bring on an experienced engineering leader to take on a CTO position and drive their business to the next level. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on, driven and energized.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a top performing software and hardware team.
• Supervise the integration of hardware and software systems.
• Devise and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap.
• Understand sales cycle to enable technology to scale and meet demand effectively.
• Ensure scalability and security of technology infrastructure to sustain rapid growth.
• Manage technology budgets and resources.
• Foster and maintain strategic technology partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Background in Electric Vehicles.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior engineering leader.
• Extensive background in hardware/software integration and scaling business rapidly.
• Proficiency in current and emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards.
• Track record of excelling in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong project management skills, delivering results on time and within budget.
